To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers required before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.
